Description of the activity

 23.05.- Town Hall – Institutional Greetings by the Headmaster and the Mayor of the town, arrival at school “Cangiamila” and welcome by the teachers, the school staff and the students of the nursery, primary and lower secondary school. Traditional performances. School tour of the central building by the lower secondary school students; Visit to the historic centre of Palma di Montechiaro (The Ducal Palace, The Benedictine Monastery, The Cathedral or Mother Church). Afterwards, guided tour of the Castle of Palma di Montechiaro 

24.05. At school – Projection of the Video “Culture”. Presentation of the Video “Culture” by our students, afterwards all the other Partner delegations,  Italian students show the use of Apps Mob 2.0 Tools for assessment (App mobile and Tools for assessment): Google moduli, Wordwall, Marvel, USB Display, Canva, Foto room., Meeting of the Coordinator teachers,   the Valley of the Temples + The Archaeological Museum in Agrigento 

25.05. Realmonte - Visit of the Salt Mine Scala dei Turchi seen from above - 2 viewpoints Excursion on the beach towards Scala dei Turchi , Lido Majata Scala dei Turchi (Beach games), Historic centre of Agrigento. The Cathedral of San Gerlando, with the towers and the room with 4 Greek and Roman sarcophagi, the MUDIA – The Diocesan Museum in Agrigento, the Church of Santa Maria dei Greci. Via Atenea Workshop/Tasting of the Cannolo Siciliano at Pasticceria Infurna, 

26.05. At School. Portuguese students show App Mobile. Questionnaire for Teachers and Students. Concert by the School Orchestra in the Auditorium. Final Ceremony, release of certificates. Final presents. Pool Party at Billionaire “Italian Evening” (Dinner and Entertainment Dj Set) 

27.05.- Visit of the wine cellar CDC Cristo di Campobello in Licata, feedback of mobile apps learnt during cooperation

How did the participation in this activity benefit the involved participants?

Mobility in Italy was the last of the planned mobilities. That's why she was full of emotions. However, the Italian temperament was reflected in both the program and the management of activities, so we, both teachers and students, enjoyed it very much. As part of our activities, we learned a lot about Italian culture and history. Pupils attended training on mobile applications-Wordwall, Marvel, USB Display, Canva, Photo room. They themselves presented presentations connected with videos, which they created themselves and also with demonstrations on the topic of famous personalities in our country of the 20th and 21st centuries. The concept of their work was very surprising, as they played scenes, recited, played musical instruments, ...

Students also collaborated in mixed groups. As part of the program, we also had a pool party as the last farewell, which was very emotional, as everyone knew that this was our last meeting. We all also attended a concert by Italian school students, which was breathtaking and surprising, motivating. All mobility was documented by local television and subsequently broadcast on local television.
