through collaborative work of students, recordings of activities, materials for the DIGI-tales magazine issue no. 2, feedback forms, evaluation sheets,

certificates.

Besides, we aim to attain an improvement in students’ creativity and initiative, team work skills, development of communication and interpersonal

skills, improved cultural awareness. As well as this, digital skills will be improved. At the level of the teachers, we want to improve their competence

in dealing with multicultural groups of students and improving their teaching skills and use of web tools and mobile apps for collaboration in

HOW DID THE PARTICIPATION IN THIS ACTIVITY BENEFIT THE INVOLVED PARTICIPANTS?

The exchange will benefit students and teachers in a number of different ways. Teachers practise teaching through various tools to multicultural

groups of students, which increases their flexibility and adaptability. They receive immediate feedback and thus they can draw conclusions as to their

activity and performance. They become more self-confident and more confident in dealing with new teaching methods.

Students benefit from the activities proposed, engaging in interaction with other students, with foreign teachers. They will create bonds with the other

students and become more flexible in new learning environments. They develop their creativity in the process.

Both categories are expected to improve their team work and collaboration skills, interpersonal and communication skills. They will learn about the

culture of their hosts first hand, which will make them eliminate stereotypes and improve their intercultural competence. The level of English will also

be better, as all participants will communicate in English throughout the week. They will be able to share experiences and practices which they can

later transfer into their own educational context.

The teachers will improve organisation and group coordination skills, problem-solving abilities. They will increase their expertise in organizing

transnational events and will be better equipped to deal with issues that may arise in the process.
