Description of the school unit: Gymnasium School “Ioan Bădescu”, in the center of Popești-Leordeni, in the immediate vicinity of the Town Hall, School no. 6. The school is not very big, but it is well-maintained and beautifully decorated by students and teachers working together to create a pleasant and stimulating environment. In addition, in recent years, two whiteboards, a smart board, a video projector and a laptop computer and new ergonomic furniture have been added to each classroom for a quality and modern education. Preparatory Class carries out its activities in Kindergarten No. 2. In an environment suitable for the development of every child, which is the structure of our school, with new furniture suitable for their age, with the same facilities, but in a place suitable for the transition from kindergarten to "high school". The teachers team consists of well-trained teachers who work closely with each other for both the development of school activities and the organization of extracurricular and extracurricular activities. As a testament to the good cooperation between teachers and parents, the students of our school are noticed both in scientific activities and in creative and artistic activities, consistently achieving very good results in school competitions and Olympics.
